Kate Spry is a Murray Bridge-based Exercise Professional and Personal Trainer. With 5+ years’ experience in teaching, training and continuing education, Kate helps clients transform their lives through fitness and healthy lifestyle changes.
”While health and physical education have always played a major role in my life, it was not until after my fourth child was born that I took up a role within the fitness industry; since then I have devoted my mind and body to my job and my clients,” Kate says.
With a background in the arts, photography and customer relations, Kate is interested in the individual progress and how each body responds to different types of exercise.
Kate believes in providing the body with functional movement patterns that set strong foundations for growing strong, robust bodies and healthy minds and is focused on motivating and constantly striving to inspire people through fun and active approach to living a healthy lifestyle.
I have a broad range of qualifications in fitness;
· Master Trainer qualified (Australian Institute of Fitness)
· + Kettlebell accredited
· Qualified Metafit/Metapwr coach
· ZUU Silver Gradus Coach
· ZUU affiliate & certified partner
· ACE Boxing Certified
(Australian Combat + exercise boxing skills & fitness with the sports science of boxing)
· First Aid/CPR
· Fitness Australia Member
